Areas I Support

I provide integrative psychotherapy and counselling in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, and online throughout the UK. My work supports individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioural difficulties, as well as those navigating workplace stress, burnout, and personal development challenges.

Therapy is always tailored to the individual, focusing on understanding what is happening beneath the surface and developing a clearer, more manageable way forward.

Sessions are available in person, online, or by telephone.

Personal Development & Life Direction

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, uncertain about direction, or struggling to move forward in their personal or professional life.

Together we explore patterns, beliefs, and internal barriers that may be holding you back, helping you to develop clarity, confidence, and a more structured sense of direction.

This work is particularly relevant for individuals in demanding or high-pressure environments, including corporate settings.

Anxiety

Anxiety can present in many forms, including persistent worry, panic attacks, physical tension, or overthinking.

In therapy, we explore both the immediate symptoms and the underlying causes, helping you to develop greater emotional regulation and practical strategies for managing anxiety when it arises.

Depression

Depression can affect mood, motivation, energy, and outlook, often leading to feelings of hopelessness or disconnection.

Therapy provides a supportive space to explore these experiences without judgement, while working towards a more balanced and compassionate perspective.

Addiction & Compulsive Behaviours

Addiction is often linked to emotional regulation, stress, trauma, or unresolved psychological patterns.

Rather than focusing solely on behaviour change, we work to understand the underlying drivers of addictive patterns, supporting long-term recovery and healthier coping strategies.

Trauma & PTSD

I work with both historical and recent trauma, including PTSD and experiences of emotional, physical, or relational harm.

Trauma can shape how we think, feel, and respond in the present. Therapy focuses on creating safety, processing difficult experiences, and reducing the ongoing impact of trauma on daily life.

Bereavement & Loss

Grief is a deeply personal process and can involve a wide range of emotions, including sadness, anger, numbness, guilt, or confusion.

Therapy offers a space to process loss at your own pace, without expectation or judgement, and to find a way of integrating grief into your life experience.

Relationship Difficulties

I support individuals experiencing challenges in personal, family, or workplace relationships.

This may include communication difficulties, recurring conflict patterns, emotional disconnection, or relational anxiety.

The work focuses on understanding patterns and developing healthier ways of relating to others.

Workplace Stress & Burnout

Drawing on my background in the corporate and recruitment sector, I have a particular interest in workplace stress, burnout, and performance-related anxiety.

This includes supporting individuals experiencing:

  • high workload pressure
  • leadership stress
  • emotional exhaustion
  • lack of work-life balance
  • workplace overwhelm

Therapy supports both recovery and longer-term resilience.

Specialist Wellbeing Approaches

Alongside psychotherapy, I also offer a number of specialist wellbeing services that may be integrated into the therapeutic process where appropriate.

Breathwork

Breathwork supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and stress reduction. It can be used to help develop greater awareness of the body’s stress responses and support emotional balance in a structured and safe way.

Women’s Wellbeing Circle

I facilitate a women’s wellbeing circle, offering a supportive and professionally held space for reflection, connection, and emotional exploration. The circle allows participants to step out of day-to-day demands and connect with themselves and others in a grounded and supportive environment.

My Approach

I work as an integrative psychotherapist, drawing on a range of therapeutic models depending on what is most helpful for you.

This may include:

  • Psychodynamic psychotherapy
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • EMDR-informed approaches
  • Hypnotherapy
  • Coaching principles
  • Breathwork and grounding techniques

My aim is to support both understanding and change in a way that feels safe, structured, and sustainable.
